I focused on my gut health through fasting, cold-pressed juicing, clean eating, and targeted supplements that helped me find relief from inflammation and low energy. Over time, I retrained my taste buds to crave live foods like leafy greens and whole ingredients instead of sugar, unhealthy oils, and processed foods — all of which contribute to inflammation and an unbalanced gut. My energy increased, my cravings shifted, and I developed a healthier, more empowered relationship with food. I even regained the consistency and strength to continue my HIIT workouts.

What started as late-night experiments in my kitchen became a journey back to myself. And from that healing, Soul Juice was born — a brand built on restoration, balance, and the belief that nature’s medicine truly works.
